EXCHANGE POLICY

3-DAY EXCHANGE WINDOW

We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

The exchange shipping cost is covered by the customer. Once the exchange is approved and the replacement is confirmed, the replacement item will be shipped at no additional delivery cost.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.

After verification, Rare Atelier will assist with a replacement at no additional cost.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or otherwise used are not eligible for exchange.

IMPORTANT

  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for the return/exchange shipping cost.

  • Replacement delivery is provided at no additional delivery charge.
